A native Houstonian, James Boanerges brings decades of legal knowledge and experience to the firm. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado in Boulder before earning his law degree from Baylor Universityin 1964 at the remarkable age of 21.

James joined the firm in 1984 and has since tried hundreds of cases across Texas, spanning a wide range of legal matters. Known for his depth of experience, strategic insight, and enduring commitment to clients, he remains a trusted leader within the firm.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time in Galveston and cherishes moments with his partner, Gigi Horner, along with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
